Wally was well prepared and had the knowledge and troubleshooting skills to get the job done. The compressor had gone out on my refrigerator, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts necessary to get it fixed. After the parts arrived, I was happy to see Wally again as I was confident that he would get the job done right. As it turned out after he installed it, the new compressor was bad. This did not shake Wally as he had one on his truck. Wally had to uninstall the bad one and install the good one to get the refrigerator running again. Even though he had to do double the work he remained pleasant and customer oriented. If I have any other service problems, I hope Wally is available to take the call.
