Kenneth was GREATTT! He came on time, Cleaned the door and replaced the Door Gasket quickly. He picked up the old gasket and box the new one came in and left in about an Hour! Thanks Ken!

His knowledge of treadmills resulted in a quick determination and correction of our problem. Prior to leaving, he thoroughly checked the overall condition of the machine, looking in particular for any safety issues. I'm very please with Kyle's level of knowledge and service.
