Kenny was very Helpful. However, your call center is continually a frustrating. Massive disappointment for me. I really don't like speaking to them at all. They ask the same questions over and over, transform me to as many as five people in one call. I would rather never do business with them.

Our refrigerator is working quieter and not constantly running. My husband loves ice cream so we can keep plenty on hand now that he is not well. Ken corrected work that was done poorly so we now relax and enjoy ice cream any time.
