Outstanding!
Excellent repair. Chris was polite, efficient and obviously very experienced. It was a complex refrigerator repair with more than one thing wrong, but he figured it all out. It's running better than ever I highly recommend him!

Chris came out two weeks ago guessed my code would be 20 or 25 and it was. He ordered the parts and they arrived this past weekend. He called me, said he saw the parts were in and made an appt. With me for today. He even called yesterday to let me know he had a appt yesterday afternoon but I told him yesterday would not work for me as I had commitments. He arrived this morning at 10 and had completed my repair by 11. He went above and beyond and while I was still wiping things down he even opened some of the housing for the glass shelves so I could clean out food items that found their way into the seams. He explained everything to me and was so efficient. I was so impressed, I went online to Ocala Word of mouth and did a shout out for a well done job and told people if they want dependable service to call Sears Repair. You are so lucky to have a talented service rep named Chris Welcome.

Eduardo came on a day when i had little confidence in what was going to happen. But he lifted my anxiety when he just confidently began to work. He did what was needed and seemed like he enjoyed his work, even though my house was messy that day. I am glad he was my serviceman and i hope i get him again.

John knew exactly what I was doing wrong in trying to turn off the change the filter light. He showed me too! Then he did the regular maintenance on my refrigerator, all done in a short time, yay!
