Michael was very knowledgeable about the washer and he also was very nice to talk to. Michael got the job done. It's just to bad that Sears has no respect for their customers, Three times I have taken off work and they claim to have had no technion on duty for the day I was scheduled, but do you think they could call or even email me that they were not showing up NO. So I'm out three days pay for Sears NOT RIGHT and No supervisor to talk to. All in another country
