Great home warranty service
We have a poorly made LG refrigerator that has had, now the 4th, AHS warranty service call over the 3 years living in our home. All 4 have been Sears (i actually called and asked for sears this time). Enrique today, and the other techs in the past 3 years have been superb at what they do. They work efficiently enough that there is to no reason yet to buy a new, very expensive replacement.

It took a few appointment reschedules on Sears side - Kyle repaired dryer on 1st visit - Kyle diagnosed washer on 1st visit - Kyle and team are working on parts research for washer - TBD for washer repair etc - We lost a lot of time away from work due to rescheduling by Sears - Spent way too much time feeding laundromat machines money etc

Chris is excellent, however your customer service call center is poor. they are difficult to work with and hard to understand.

Chris was a the best technician I have had for any service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about our fridge. He provided multiple options of repair, and was not pushy as if commissioned for the most expensive option.

Easy to make appointment. Confirmation communication excellent. Technician arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. Gave us options of repair, replace. We chose to repair. Offered a warranty plan but we refused. John went the extra mile and cleaned the door and sides before reseating the stove. It was an amazing experience.

Chris was great! However your scheduling system is not! Why can't you let customers know if they will have an AM or PM appointment instead of just 8am-5pm? Your system indicated that my tech would be here in the AM but never updated it to let me know it would be late afternoon!

Kevin got right to work to repair the A/C Kevin found that the blower motor was bad. He tried to fix it but did not have the correct motor. Unfortunately we had to wait 4 additional days to get a motor and get it replaced. All is good for now. Still early yet.
