Chris is friendly& polite. Very detailed and thorough.. Was quick to order parts and get back to make the repairs. Unfortunately one part is discontinued and he filed the reports immediately with Sears. He explained the next process clearly. His service behavior is more like an owner than an employee. You can tell he has an excellent attitude and Sears needs more people like him.

John our service tech called us and told us that he was able to come out for repair a day earlier than originally scheduled. He came out diagnosed the problem ordered the part and then return once we inform Tim that the repair part had arrived. It took no more than 15 minutes to repair and replace and our stovetop is working perfectly again, thanks to John. The charges for repair were covered under the warranty since the stovetop / oven was only 2 months old.

Chris was quick to diagnose the problem of the refrigerator leaking and ice sheets on the bottom of the fridge. He found the drains clogged and the coils super dirty in the back of the fridge. He cleaned and vacuum that throughly and then emptied the fridge to check the drains inside which he thought would be fine but checked anyways and they were. He was thorough and methodical and explained everything to us. Highly recommend Chris.
