Chris was excellent! He arrived promptly and helped to unload my refrigerator and reload it again. He set up the return appointment to install the needed part before leaving. When the part arrived early he contacted me to have the new part installed before the weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better technician.

John was fantastic, and the fact that we were able to get same day service made this a 10 star visit. John is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. What was really great, when he pulled the refrigerator back, there was no judgement as to the amount of cat hair that was there. Thanks John!! 👍🏼
