Frig freezer stopped working and I have 5 people in my house, so I called. And Chris came out that day ,he is very nice and on time.part came in and he came out and fixed it same day.Thank you Chris .

The Sears repairman arrived on schedule and was very knowledgeable about a failed cooling issue with my 5 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator and promptly diagnosed it was a failed compressor. After finding out it would cost $1700.00 to replace the compressor I reluctantly decided to purchase a new refrigerator. It will not be another Kenmore. Ended up paying the $138.00 diagnostic fee.
