After about a week trying to get a part in for our dishwasher, our repair technician was very diligent and successfully fixed the issue. In combination with the app, the technician did an excellent job of keeping me informed of when I could expect him to arrive, although the Google Maps feature in the app doesn't really seem to work properly as it doesn't show where the technician is actually located in reference to your home. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received from Eduardo.
