Chris was very good , 5 star He was on time checked first visit & ordered control board for oven. Came back this morning & replaced the board & double checked to make sure problem was solved He was on time , polite & professional. Highly recommend! Only gripe was communication with Sears . Messages were not very helpful!

They kept changing the repair dates, it's not easy living without our refrigerator. Living with a Small refrigerator that my daughter use when she was in a dorm room. Plus an average size Cooler to store some food. Buying ice almost everyday for that past 3 weeks. They finally got the refrigerator up and running again. I couldn't live another week living with out my refrigerator. Thank God it's over for now, with a 30 day warranty for the parts they replaced not knowing what other parts can go wrong. The Service technician was very helpful and courteous and explained the process of what he was replacing his name was John from Sears Appliance repair services.
