Really good work. Just a little expensive

Technician was great! The price and AI scheduler not so much. The AI sucks. I had an appointment window of 1pm-9pm. The AI calls at 11:45am to tell me the technician will now be there between 1pm-3pm. At 11:52am the technician is calling me to let me know he's at my door. This AI does not help the technicians. Thankfully the technician was able to wait 8 minutes for me to get home. I even left work extra early to make sure I'd be there an hour before my appointment window. Again, the technician was great, but I don't see myself paying this much money again for such a weird service. $420 for 2 tiny parts and 15 minutes of work. Next time "I'll take a new dryer for $200, Alex"

They kept changing the repair dates, it's not easy living without our refrigerator. Living with a Small refrigerator that my daughter use when she was in a dorm room. Plus an average size Cooler to store some food. Buying ice almost everyday for that past 3 weeks. They finally got the refrigerator up and running again. I couldn't live another week living with out my refrigerator. Thank God it's over for now, with a 30 day warranty for the parts they replaced not knowing what other parts can go wrong. The Service technician was very helpful and courteous and explained the process of what he was replacing his name was John from Sears Appliance repair services.
