Jamal was pleasant and appeared to know what to do to check the state of my refrigerator. Not so pleased with the service from Sears however, as it took two weeks to have someone out to diagnose whether or not my refrigerator could be fixed. My first appointment was for Aug 2 8-5 and at 12n I received notice that my service would be Aug 10 instead. I was given 3 different excuses for why it was canceled and rebooked. Someone was not telling the truth. Needless to say, to wait 2 weeks without refrigeration for a diagnosis only to be told it could not be repaired did not make for a happy customer although we were very satisfied with Jamal.
