The technician was great, but I would never do business with this company again. It is impossible to talk to a human, and the arrival window is very broad (8 a.m.- 5 p.m.). We were strung along for a full day before being canceled at the end of the day with no explanation and no accountability. Next time, I will use a locally based vendor where I can reach a real person if necessary.

Jamal is very competent, explained what he was doing and finding as he went, was NICE and didn't talk down to me on technical issues. Good communication before visit on arrival details. If I owned a competitive business, I'd recruit him away right now. He's a gem.

Even though AI mixed up the time when the service technician was about to arrive, it thankfully worked out. This was the second time I had Peter as the technician, and I was very pleased with his service. I felt like hitting the jackpot! And hope to continue to do so whenever I need Sears Home Service.
