Excellent
Ron was excellent. He diagnosed the problem. And waited while I tried to get into my Sears card account. Ha, they was a mistake. He came back again once the part was delivered and installed it, not without a part being faulty. Then he helped me get a pizza box from behind the freezer drawer that had fallen .. so nice. And really accommodating!

Emmanuel has to be your best service provider deserves 10 stars. As for the other aspects of the communication in the company I would rate them less than 1 star

I'm very pleased with Jamal. He was knowledgeable about the product, quickly diagnosed the problem and had an action for solution before leaving my house. The required part arrived earlier than expected. As he had requested, I notified Jamal and he made an extra effort to return and install the part a day before the scheduled appointment in an effort to get us an operating refrigerator. In addition to. His excellent job performance, Jamal was pleasant, courteous and friendly. A commendable individual.
