Some Issues
The repair appears ok. However, Dave refused to take a big box of trash he generated. I told him I would prefer he take it. He said no. The box was too large for my trash can. He also spent a LOT of time on the repair because he was training someone. I had plans that were delayed. Note: The trainee was very customer friendly.

REFUSED TO REPAIR
He said that because the wall oven was hard wired , he was not authorized to work on the over. This is horrible for a warranty company provided vendor.

Never came
This guy never came to our house after setting the appointment and then changing it multiple times and he accepted the quote for the expense which we never saw and then he signed it with his own handwriting. This has been a disaster.

Horrible
The dryer is not fixed It has the same noise. The technician left very fast left tge equipment outside the place. Horrible! After waiting 2 months. He won't answer my text ir call

Didn't Fix the Problem
Tech was there for 2 hours, tore the refrigerator apart, replaced several parts, and told me the unit was good to go. 2 days later the fridge is still not cooling, and the icemaker is still inoperative. Lots of spoiled food.
