Very knowledgeable and friendly service
Catherine came with a colleague, whom she trained, to check on my side by side fridge. I knew, that I had a problem with a fan motor, but when they reconnected the motor, it started spinning again! So now I have time to wait for the spare parts to arrive. Catherine explained everything to me, so I am happy with the service.

My fridge was serviced by Matt from RR appliances and started making worse noise. Emmanuel from Sears came out and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the right parts and installed it . He was punctual and very responsive to all our questions. I am now having issues with my oven and I need Sears to send out Sears employees to my home so it can be taken care of the first time around. The other company that they send out which is RNR appliances is not being effective for us . I make famous to Sears warranty and I wish they would just send me people from Sears.

David has done a really good job repairing and explaining what went wrong and how to use properly so it may stop the occurrences of this problem from happening so frequently. It has happened several times before and we were never told why it kept happening by the other repair persons. He called in the Am to give us a better time frame so we did not have to wait at home all day and he arrived on time. He was very easy to work with and a very pleasant person.

Michael was a very customer oriented technician. However, when he tested my GE washer to see if it drained - it worked. I immediately started a load of laundry...and....machine did not drain AT ALL. Left message of his cell and notified Choice Warranty. Left another message on his phone 8:30 am and at 10:30 am there has been no return call.

David was very skillful at his job. He performed a series of test and came out with a possible solution. Even though, it didn't work. He tried to find a a solution. I appreciate all his help in trying to fix my washer machine.

Michael let us know when he was coming. He completed his work in fair amount of time. He didn't reattach the exhaust pipe back to the dryer before he left, I was able to replace it. The dryer is still not working properly. It doesn't stop when it gets to the one minute mark. It won't go to zero and shut off. I timed it and it stayed at one minute for at least three minutes after my wife alerted me that she noticed it didn't go to zero when she was waiting for at least 3 minutes.
