Too bad
Cathrine was great found the problem and ordered the part Too bad that the rest of the company spoiled it by canceling my appointment and try to give me another one 8 days later I cancelled ask for refund of my $ 405.00 payment minus the $ 99.00 service call Never will use or recommend Sears again Sorry Cathrine you were great
