My 13year old Kenmore PRO was heating up (freezer at 47 degrees). I called Sears Home Services at 12:30 and a technician arrived at 3:30. I was delightfully surprised at the speedy response to my distress call. After a thorough examination the technician was able to repair the refrigerator. A great job.
