frost on freezer
This is the third time I've had to have a tech come for the same problem--frost all over the freezer. Catherine was good, but admittedly couldn't solve the problem. What can be done to fix this 1 year old refrigerator ??

When the technician arrived the refrigerator was working. She did the best she could to fond the problem but could not. We were very satisfied with her effort and would recommend her to other customers.
