Catherine worked with me to diagnose the problem I'd encountered — which, in three uses of the equipment with her present, failed to fail. However, she examined the equipment to visually verify all seemed right, noted what I'd encountered before, and told me what to watch for should the problem crop up again.

We use Choice Home Warranty, who assigned Sears to come to the house. The first technician, noticed the ice build up and ordered 3 parts. The parts were delivered and the next day the technician came and replaced the parts. She was professional and efficient.
