Omar was probably the fourth or fifth technician to try to fix the dishwasher… it was the same problem… the door kept saying it wasn't closed. Omar immediately knew what it was…. The dishwasher wasn't level and he had to lower the feet of the dishwasher and move it a bit…. Sure enough that seemed to be the problem! The dishwasher is working great right now! There was nothing wrong with the upper rack. Omar is an asset to your company. Thank you, Omar!
