Sears sadly gives an eight-hour window for their service calls. Which for someone working outside the home may potentially force a day off. Andy, my tech, reached out first thing this morning providing an estimated time for his arrival. When it got closer to the time he stated he reached out again to provide an arrival time. Not only was he on time, but also up-front and honest regarding what I needed and what I recommended against. This, as a consumer, I appreciated. While he couldn't do what I'd hoped for he left me with a clear direction of what I needed to do next. Thank you, Andy.

When I bought the house three years ago it was invested with German roaches. After three different companies Arrow fixed the problem. The refrigerator was eleven years old(which is the usual lifespan) .However the Sears tech thought he would take pictures of the condenser which was behind a panel . His pictures and statements cancelled the home warranty company ( choice home warranty) and Sears so I’m free enjoying my new appliances without the hassles . Thank you very much

Matt was awesome! He showed up when he was scheduled to be here, very friendly and he figured out what was wrong with my refrigerator almost immediately. Matt explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. Definitely a great guy and a great experience.
