They were sent by my warranty group and the tech said that he cannot fix it but that there is somewhere a blockage! He stated that he will submit to my insurance for them to send someone other out! But he submitted that everything is fine and just needs maintenance! So my insurance kicked it out! I just had maintenance done 2 month ago! Everything was ok there! Funny, except that stupid AI thing, who can’t do nothing for you, you cannot get an hold on anyone! I would not recommend using them! It seems when I read here, non of their guys knows what they doing!

Our dryer was overheating, and the technician spent hours taking the dryer apart while even looking up possible causes with my husband on YOUTUBE?!. After all that time, the problem was "possibly" found—but for $500+ What type of.. is this? We can buy a brand new dryer for that money. What a joke! Literally.. we laughed at so much unprofessionalsm 🤣

I wish I could give ZERO stars. These people are the absolute WORST. They have been to my house FOUR TIMES - each time with a different assessment. On the THIRD visit, they sent a repair person who wasn't even trained in refrigeration and he didn't have the right tools for the job. The person they sent on the fourth visit diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and now they have either CANCELLED or just been a NO CALL/NO SHOW THREE TIMES. I have been almost 1 full month without a working refrigerator and there's not a single live body I can reach to help me. DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I wish I wasn't stuck with them based on my home warranty. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. AS AN UPDATE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: the phone number they provide is the same automated number that doesn't allow you to talk to an actual person. Right now I'm sitting here FIVE HOURS past the arrival time I was originally quoted this morning with no communication and fully expecting them to no-show or cancel AGAIN.
