He was a great technician, called me about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Arrived promptly and went straight to work. Figured out the problem immediately and luckily he had the part on hand. Swapped out the part and I was back to business washing clothes. Not only that but I managed to get and appointment 2 days after I called so there were no trips to the laundry mat! Thanks for the great service!

Was scheduled from 8:00AM to 12:00AM I took off those hours off so I can wait for the technical guy. Them around 11:00 I got a message that my time had change to the afternoon. Called several times to discuss the issue, the reps told me a message was sent to the technician and to wait for a call. I left around 1:00 pm no phone call. The technician finally showed up at my place late and was totally confused about what happened. Call choice and they told me it was going to be another 2 days to get somebody there. Very upset about this whole experience. It was really not the technician problem. It’s more the company.

Good technician. Fixed the Stove Burner Knob in 5 minutes - it was loose. The only drawback is the cost of the Service Call - $100! Overall, happy with service.
