Donald was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and knew exactly what was wrong with the a/c fan motor. The previous tech replaced the motor but left the plug in, which flooded the system when it rained and shorted the motor out - very careless and stupid. Donald diagnosed it right away and went to pick up the new motor and replaced it and it was working great in no time! Thank you Donald! You are the best!

My experience with Sears Home Service has been wonderful. I sent a repair request in on Monday morning and a technician came out the same day! They diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and returned Thursday and completed the repair. This is my 3rd service call and all technicians have been wonderful.
