Was scheduled from 8:00AM to 12:00AM I took off those hours off so I can wait for the technical guy. Them around 11:00 I got a message that my time had change to the afternoon. Called several times to discuss the issue, the reps told me a message was sent to the technician and to wait for a call. I left around 1:00 pm no phone call. The technician finally showed up at my place late and was totally confused about what happened. Call choice and they told me it was going to be another 2 days to get somebody there. Very upset about this whole experience. It was really not the technician problem. It’s more the company.

Good technician. Fixed the Stove Burner Knob in 5 minutes - it was loose. The only drawback is the cost of the Service Call - $100! Overall, happy with service.

He cleaned the floor but I had to clean more otherwise he was ver personable and hopefully did a good job- we will see you tomorrow after 24 hours how refrigerator and freezer are doing

Dan=DJASINS 0614909 arrived at 1pm looked at fridge talked about if we had home warranty which we didn't he said that compresser was not changed out as we thought it was he went out side did his paperwork and did not say anything to us about needed it changed out or what needed to get done to fix it. Then we noticed that ice maker stopped working after he looked at it and never said anything about fixing it. Did have us pay for him looking at it. We would like to get it fix we didn't decline to get it fix we didn't hear anything fixing it would like to get it fixed but not by him if you have another person should we call to get another appointment.
