I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with this service. I contacted them due to a gas leak issue with my stove. Unfortunately, the technician arrived without a gas leak detector, which was baffling. Instead, he relied on his sense of smell to detect the gas leak, which I found quite unprofessional and concerning.Moreover, the billing was inconsistent with our initial agreement. The charge for the service call was higher than what was previously discussed, despite the technician's visit being solely for confirming the absence of a gas leak. This was necessary for my peace of mind, as I had already had the leak identified and fixed by another technician the previous day. The purpose of this service call was purely for a second confirmation that the issue was fully resolved.In summary, the lack of proper equipment and discrepancy in billing made this a very unsatisfactory experience for me.
