Andrew was an excellent repair technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the required part. A week later Andrew returned and in very short order replaced the defective part to restore our refrigerator to full operation.

Timothy was outstanding. He went above and beyond what he was required to do on his annual service maintenance. I explained to him that occasionally we have water on the floor after the dishwasher runs. Advised, I did not believe it was a leak, but maybe some condensation. He determined that the door needed a slight reposition. He did this. Timothy seemed very knowledgeable on all the appliances that he worked on today. He ordered a part that I needed for the washing machine and even got me a date for that appointment. Top notch all the way. Thanks Timothy. Tim came out on 10 /1325. He attempted to fix the problem. I have had this problem since May 2025. After he left, dishwasher did not work. When I had my appointment with the virtual technician approximately four days ago, he said if they didn't fix it this time, they would replace the dishwasher. I expect that will happen. This has been going on since May. Apparently your technicians cannot diagnose and fix the problem. Please check the history. I have had at least eight appointments to repair this problem. Disgusted.

Tim was very professional and did an amazing job. He kept me updated throughout the day as to his expected arrival time. Replaced the bake element in my oven, which corrected the problem right away.
