I want to give a huge thank you to Jorge, the Sears technician who came out and fixed my AC. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. So glad to finally have my washing machine fixed! Moved into our new condo 5/01/26 & it took our Sears Warranty 3 attempts to fix it - each time needing another part, then they cancelled scheduled appointments twice - this last one on the same day they were scheduled to come & we had stayed home all day to be here, cancelled one hour before they were to arrive (window only had 1 hour left)!!! However, the 5 rating is for the technician who came & got it fixed on Date 7/8 - almost a month later from first service call on the washing machine. 😤
