Mark was awesome. Showed up on time knew exactly what to do. Was done in 15 minutes. As far as setting the appointments through the waranty company, that was miserable. They cancelled TWO of our appointments. The first time I called their "support" line. They could not do anything to reset the appointment for the same day even though if I went on Sears online appointment site, I could. We spent 3 days waiting for repair person to show only to figure out they had cancelled our appointment. It's enough to make me rethink about my Sears extended waranty.
