The technician for my repair was EXCELLENT. He was very patient and explained the questions I had without making me feel stupid. I wish I could say as much for your business plan. Your AI program does not work. It is impossible to communicate with your programmed computer generated AI. I am going to try another home warranty company because your system fails in every area.
