Our technician (Neal C.) quickly determined the cause of our issues with our refrigerator ice maker. He ordered the required replacement parts timely and they were delivered in 2 days. Neal returned the very next day and installed the new ice maker parts and was finished within less than 30 minutes. Overall a very good experience!
