So glad to finally have my washing machine fixed! Moved into our new condo 5/01/26 & it took our Sears Warranty 3 attempts to fix it - each time needing another part, then they cancelled scheduled appointments twice - this last one on the same day they were scheduled to come & we had stayed home all day to be here, cancelled one hour before they were to arrive (window only had 1 hour left)!!! However, the 5 rating is for the technician who came & got it fixed on Date 7/8 - almost a month later from first service call on the washing machine. 😤
