Richard was excellent! The problem was it took two weeks to get him to the house for the final fix. This was do to approval time for parts and him being so booked up with work.

The technician arrived, discussed the problem with me and began his diagnosis. In the end he actually did not find a mechanical issue that would cause the problem I described. He took his time and showed me all the areas where water could leak and we saw no water leaking. He ran the washer on 3 different fill levels and it worked just fine. We agreed that I should keep an eye on it and report the problem if it came back. A very nice guy to deal with...knowledgeable and polite.
