Sears has good communication and regular updates. It took a while to get parts but Neil was professional and helpful. The water line in the fridge works again! Thank you, Neil!

Ray was great!! Contact from Sears was terrible, I got emails 11/4,11/5, 11/6 reminding me of appointment on Friday, that was ok . Then I get email Friday at 6:34 AM my appt is today? Got update he’s coming 4:22 pm. No show, no call, no text message, no email????? I get email to reschedule my appointment at 5:02 AM on Saturday??? Telling me my service request date has passed click the link to reschedule??? Another email at 6:03 AM to reschedule my appointment! I rescheduled at 8 AM when I got up on Saturday! Got email rescheduled for Tuesday 8am to 5 pm! 11/9 reminder. Another reminder 6:37 AM today. Update he’s coming 1:15. Ray was on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it within about 15 minutes. Your communication with customers needs a lot of work. I would rate that at 1.

Very knowledgeable, competent, tho unfortunately when finished he said my new Amazon purchased Kenmore refrigerator can’t be repaired. No repair cost, it was under warranty
