My technicians name was Neil and I had a great experience. He was a very efficient repair person and he did his job very well. He finished the job within 30 minutes and kept everything clean and tidy and cleaned up after himself. He arrived on time and did not keep me waiting. If I needed to have a repair again I would definitely want to have Neil as my technician.

Very professional and timely. .Martin was great. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The repair was too costly for me but the technician did a great job explaining what was wrong and some options to fix. I believe we are just going to buy a new washer. Thanks
