Icemaker Replacement

Efrain did an excellent job. First he diagnosed the problem, then he ordered the part. He was also the technician who returned to my house once the replacement part came. All very efficiently. The negative experience I had was with the customer service phone line. The path, link given to reschedule my appointment did not work. I finally used the chat feature to reschedule. Customer Service Line very unfriendly and not at all straight forward.

Took the time necessary to explain/educate me in the issue. And, spent the time "correcting" the service call from a "collect" call to a "warranty" call-saving time (and potentially) another visit from another technician. Well done!
