I needed 2 repair men to work on cooktop They were very efficient caring of how they handled my cooktop. They also were fast in repairing it. I was so impressed how fast they were. And very friendly.

The technician never showed up for the appointment, no number to call, and no one to resolve the issue. Do no t recommend using this service.

Replacement parts for brand new washing machine were not delivered before repair appoint date. Repair tech did not inform me and i had to call the service department to find out where he was. When i did get through they said that the service call was complete and that a call would be rescheduled when parts have arrived.

Worst service ever had. They charge you only for coming to your house $ 106.43. The servicemen keep talking and talking and he can not find anything in his phone. Look like they don’t have any parts for your appliances. Do not call them.
