They make appointments and then break them. The second appointment they actually came out. All you can talk to when you call is an AI that can't actually do what you need it to do. They don't bother to bring parts when they come out despite being told (as close as you can to their miserable AI) what the problem is. It has been a long time since I had someone else fix one of my appliances. The AI told me it would be $119, even though it was a warranty call. It called me over and over again. (It was wrong, caused me stress for nothing.) At this point the oven has been broken for weeks and it will likely be broken for more weeks. The repairman said that they didn't have the part and didn't have the schematics, despite being the official warranty service outlet for LG. I am in Port LaBelle. If I was not stuck with warranty service I would call someone who was actually local.

Replacement parts for brand new washing machine were not delivered before repair appoint date. Repair tech did not inform me and i had to call the service department to find out where he was. When i did get through they said that the service call was complete and that a call would be rescheduled when parts have arrived.

Worst service ever had. They charge you only for coming to your house $ 106.43. The servicemen keep talking and talking and he can not find anything in his phone. Look like they don’t have any parts for your appliances. Do not call them.
