I feel he mock me like little kid that is ignorant and knows nothing what I'm talking about because my ice maker machine doesn't make more then 1/2 cup of ice. He was here yesterday and installed compressor $477 and said it should be more. I took out Sears insurance and they told me I use it emedietly, Ken told me I need to wait 30 days. It was my refrigerator and freezer that didn't work, I'm in FL almost 100 f heat with heart failure. The man needs retraining. Feel for his wife Mindy

Appointment was made for a time frame of 8-12 for a tech to come. About 11:30 am I got a call that the tech had to leave work for an emergency. She rescheduled me for the following morning between 8-9 am. On my phone it read they would come at 1:22 pm. Nobody showed or called me until 2 pm. The tech arrived at 3.20 pm. Work was performed satisfactorily. Asked for a receipt and he told me it was on my email. The email from Sears only had invoice number and the amount I paid. No mention of the part that was replaced or any warranty. I called Sears back and after talking to 4 people about getting an itemized receipt I finally got a gentleman who put in a request for this. My family and I have used Sears for over 50 years. This experience was terrible and extremely disappointing. A customer should not have to go through hoops to get an accurate receipt of work done. How sad!!!!!! I’m still waiting for my receipt🥲

They came to my home to diagnose my dryer. That portion was 119.00. The service tech order the parts and said he would be back in two days to install. Two days later no parts were delivered and the had to reschedule. A week and a half later was my new appointment. The tech showed up to the house without the parts. He informed me there was a problem with the shipping of the parts. I requested a refunded for the parts and labor which was prepaid 200 something dollars, as I was beyond frustrated at this point and wanted my money back. They told me I would only be refunded the parts and labor not the 119 for the diagnostic fee. I will stay far away from this company and I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. Additionally, this company relies heavily on AI customer service. Trying to get a human on the phone is next to impossible. Oh and my refund 14 to 21 days. UNACCEPTABLE!

WORST service we have ever experienced!!!! EVER!! Tech came to service our 2023 whirlpool washer due to the deep fill setting not working. Washer worked perfectly fine aside from the setting not filling up completely on deep fill. Technician was in the laundry room for about an hour with no answers. He then proceeds to tells me that the washer no longer works. AT ALL!!! Then tells us that the motherboard went bad, and it "tends to happen". Mind you, the washer is just over one year old and just out of warranty with our new home build. Again, when he came to the home everything was working fine but the deep fill option, and now nothing is working!!! At this point our washer is completely broken with no solution or resolution from the tech. After he told me the washer is now not working, at all, and offered no solution, I told him he needed to leave our home. After he left, I called the 352 local number expecting local assistance and was connected to an overseas Philippines call center agent who was NO help and proceeded to advise me that my service call was "canceled at the door" and that there was no technician that ever came to my home. FYI, I have inside an and outside cameras where he showed up at 5:53p and left at 7:19p. At this point, I am left with a broken washer and no resolution. I scheduled another technician From this company to come out tomorrow, which I have since canceled as I do not trust them anymore! $119 service call turned into a nightmare!!! With all the great reviews on the site, I expected exceptional service, which was far from the truth!!! I hope whoever from the company reads this and looks into this tech and our issue! Maybe the tech (K.C) was having a bad day Because it was late in the day and that's completely understandable, as we all have bad days, but do not come into someone's home, break their washer and then proceed to tell me it "just happens" and then cancel the service order as you leave to cover your a**!!! This is completely unacceptable!! We will be in touch!!!!
