Eduardo contact me and introduce himself and gave us the arrival time and he was on point, came ask about the issue we were having I explained and right away was hands on, found the first problem and fixed it then went to address the other issue and explained what was going on with it and took care of that as well. He was professional, respectful, very knowledgeable and friendly it was a pleasure to meet him and know that we had an excellent technician this time. Thank you Eduardo for your excellent service A+

Daniel, my service man for my dishwasher was great! He replaced the parts that were delivered to the house in no time and had me up and running. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I have never had a problem with any of the repairman sent out from my Sears Whole House Home Warranty. I have had this plan for years and would not get rid of it. I have had other plans that did not stand up to Sears.I don’t understand why more people don’t do this because they are wonderful and can save you a fortune! If they are unable to repair the item you get a NEW one! In today’s world that is MORE than a big help. I will never replace or get rid of my HOME warranty with Sears. God bless all of you! Simply give it a try!

You sent a Great Technician He showed up on time and told me microwave is dangerous to use magnetron is arching and could cause a fire so I’m removing it from house. Thank you for alerting us to the hazard and documenting which makes warranty resolution smoother
