THE ONLY SERVICE TECH THAT KNOWS WHAT IS DOING FROM SEARS IS ROBERT THANK YOU ROBERT FOR YOUR SERVICE GIVING YOU 5 STAR , YOU ARE THE BEST 4 DIFERENT TECH CAME BEFORE ROBERT , HORRIBLE SERVICE send by my extended warranty , 3 weeks 5 different service tech and no one fix my Maytag refrigerator after installation of 3 parts and 3 weeks FiGHTING with ASSURANT IN ASIA , CALLING SEARS AND GETTING AN AI NAME SAMANTHA , THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE ON MY MANY YEARS DEALINGS WITH WARRANTY , DO NOT CALL SEARS ON YOUR LIVE , IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THIS HASSLE , FINALLY MY REF IS NOT WORKING , LETS SEE WHAT THEYRE GOING TO DO NOW , SO THEY DONT QUALIFY FOR 1 STAR , GARBAGE , THIS COMPANY SUCKS !!!! Ahmed has serviced our drier previously. He is a seasoned veteran who diagnosed our drier’s problem in seconds and then went on to resolve it successfully. Sears/Transformco can use many more experienced professionals like Ahmed. Please note: if the maintenance person, a few days earlier, had diagnosed and resolved the problem as Ahmed did, Sears/Transformco would have saved some unnecessarily replicated fees and we would have saved some precious time.
