Randy was very polite and on time. Unfortunately, or some could say fortunately, the AC unit started up and is working correctly. Randy advised that if I have any further issues that Choice would honor this service call for 90 days without another service call fee which made me feel much better. Thank you Randy.

The service was very professional and the advice given was well received. Didn't get what I wanted but it had nothing to do with the company. When It's cheaper to get new, sentimental values are secondary. Thanks and iI highly recommend your company, at least the parson who came to my home.

Ahmed has serviced our drier previously. He is a seasoned veteran who diagnosed our drier’s problem in seconds and then went on to resolve it successfully. Sears/Transformco can use many more experienced professionals like Ahmed. Please note: if the maintenance person, a few days earlier, had diagnosed and resolved the problem as Ahmed did, Sears/Transformco would have saved some unnecessarily replicated fees and we would have saved some precious time.
