Sears Home Services ordered the parts needed to fix my freezer but when tech F. Rawle got to my house it was discovered they did not put the parts on the tech's truck. He located the same parts at a local supplier, went there and picked them up, then returned to my house to complete the repair.

The repairman exceeded my expectations. The replacement part arrived at my home timely and the scheduled date to install the part was moved up, so the part was in five days ahead of the scheduled appointment date. Thanks Sears Appliance Repair.

The technician was very professional and very experienced but as is the usual for service appointments the arrival time was after 1-5 pm window stated by the person arranging the appointment. At the time I scheduled the service I was told the cost for diagnosing the problem and that there would be additional cost for labor and parts if necessary. If service was agreed to the diagnostic cost would go towards the overall cost. I am still not clear how the amount I was charged was calculated and it was more than I had anticipated since no parts were required. Overall a good experience and I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called.
