Richard showed up on time, identified the problem, had the part in his truck and fixed it quickly. I feel like I could have paid less so deducting a star - the replacement part was much cheaper in a quick Google search - but I chose convenience over price.

He was on time, attentive and respectfully of customers space. Could have shared a little more details of what repairs were completed. Example: I replaced the burnt out blower motor but also did a quick check of the unit to ensure proper working conditions.
