He was on time, attentive and respectfully of customers space. Could have shared a little more details of what repairs were completed. Example: I replaced the burnt out blower motor but also did a quick check of the unit to ensure proper working conditions.

His initial approach wasn’t customer service friendly. He asked for the service deductible before he rendered any service. I asked him to check the components of my AC unit to insure everything was in proper working condition to possibly prevent me from having to call back and he did not.

This AI assistant where if you have an issue that you cannot speak to anybody is crazy. The tech did come and in 5 minutes gave me and estimate of $529.00 , but I received a texed Quote of $329.00. When I confronted him with it, he said that it is all done through their Azi and he had nothing to do with it. I declined the repair and paid the call of $139.00. The worst is that there is no phone number that I can call to speak to anybody. My machine costed $1,200.00 and they are charging me $529.00 to fix a door latch problem??? This is theft in disguise. I use to love Sears, now I do not recomend them. #NOTRUST. #VERYSADCUSTONERSTILL WITH PROBLEM

YOUR REPAIRMAN ARE GREAT. BUT YOUR POLICY OF NOT SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS IS HORRIBLE AND SO MANY TIMES MY APPOINTMENT WAS CHANGED WITHOUT A CALL. SO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD.

Technician came to fix the washer, after the pieces the previous technician ordered to repair the washer. They opened the washer, checked inside, said that everything was fine and left with the pieces( they didn’t change anything thing, they didn’t replace anything). The washer still makes the noise that was making when the first technician was called
