Because of the nature of the repair I had contact w 3 professional individual,parts had to be ordered and service delayed by carrier otherwise the techs were competent and informative about my repair.

My service technician, Stuart has been amazing. He has serviced my lawnmower several times and each time, his level of professionalism and expertise are outstanding. In our last interaction, he went communicated each step in the process by ordering parts, notifying me of his arrival and departure, talking through what was serviced and alternative options to consider. I am relieved knowing Stu will be my service representative and confident his work will be completed thoroughly. It’s always a pleasant experience having Stuart service the lawnmower.
