I have a choice warranty, but a sears technician was sourced to diagnos and repair my AC unit. William was a no non-sense by the book profeesional. He didn't cut corners and very detailed wgen explaining the issues concerning my unit. After explaining what needed to be done and making the repairs, Wlliam did a magnificient job providing an overview of what he did. James is always communicating with me on what is going on and what he is doing/needs to do with my system. I appreciate is advance call when he is on his way to my house as the automated system is generally wrong on the timeframe given for his service. What you can do better is make it easier to get a call-back set when something isn't quite right after the initial call.
