Excellent service.
John did a great job both times he was here. I have no complaints about the technicians that come. I only have complaints of the 8 to 5 schedule for an appointment. You don't get notified until 8 AM ,if then, when they will supposedly be at your house. A range of eight hours is extremely unacceptable to; I would assume nearly every customer!!!

Refrigerator Consult
The Sears Appliance repair technician was prompt, efficient, and accurate. The technician expeditiously inspected my refrigerator and concluded that my appliance only needed a line from the ice maker / water main connected to the water source. I was well-pleased eithe service and the cost. 👏🏽👏🏽
